To maximize the efficiency of Service Desk, you can change the
forms to your organization's need. The forms you change can be
saved and distributed. You can create forms for different
situations or for use by different people in your organization.
To create a form, right-click in the Form view
and choose New from the popup menu.
To modify a form, right-click on the form you want to modify in
the Form view and choose Open
from the popup menu. You can design the
form in the form design window.
To delete a form, select the form you want to delete in the
Form view and choose Delete from
the Edit menu.
NOTES:
The appearance of the Full Name field in the Person item, and
the Assignment field in several items can be changed by modifying
the items' forms. For details, see Modifying the appearance of Full Name and
Assignment.
To make a copy of a form, select the form you want to copy and
choose Copy from the Edit menu.
Choose Paste from the Edit menu
to place the copy.
To rename a form, open the form and choose
Properties from the File menu.
Type a new name in the Name field.
