than the description given by the ToolTip. What's
this help can be adopted for your
organization. The information in What's
this help gives a description of the item as it is named
and used in your organization.
To find What's this help for an item in a
dialog box:
At the right hand side of the dialog box's title bar click
the question mark button:
The cursor is now changed into the question mark
cursor:
Click on the item for which you want an explanation.
To find What's this help for any item in the
Service Desk application:
Choose What's this? from the
Help menu.
