Use a table view for overviews. For example, the overview can emphasize high priority items that must have your immediate attention. In the table view you can add fields to add more detail to the item or remove fields to focus on specific differences between the items. Table views are also the basis for explorer views. You can print the table view or save it as an HTML page, the table can then be used as a report.
