You can discard modifications you applied to system views. System views are the views that are defined for all users of Service Desk. You cannot remove a system view.
Caution: Always make sure you click
Reset. If the view you selected is a custom view,
the last button right of the views list is the
Remove button. Clicking Remove
will delete the custom view from your hard disk.
NOTE: If you select a
view and the last button to the right of the views list does not
change into Reset, the view has not been
changed.
