Online help

You are now reading Service Desk's online help. The online help is displayed in the HTML Help Viewer. To open the online help from within Service Desk, do one of the following:

• Choose Contents & Index from the Help menu to open the default online help topic.
• Do one of the following to find help related to the view or form you work in. If there is no specific help for the active view or form, the default help topic will be displayed.
  • Choose Help from the Help menu.
  • Click the help button in the toolbar.
  • Press F1.

From the help topic displayed at first, you can navigate to other help topics. This is explained in the online help for the HTML Help Viewer.
