Finding information quickly

It is possible to store a large amount of information in HP OpenView Service Desk. A company may have between 40 and 500 customers that depend on the support of four or five persons in the IT support group. Each customer will probably have between five and ten configuration items in use. In the case of 500 customers each with five configuration items, Service Desk contains 500 person items and 2500 configuration items. That is not a large company. The amount of items grows each day as these customers will call the help desk, and service calls and incidents are created.
