Starting Service Desk

To start up Service Desk:

• Double-click the HP OpenView Service Desk icon, if the HP OpenView Service Desk icon is on the desktop.
• From the Windows NT start menu:
  1. Click Start in the task bar.
  2. Point to Programs.
  3. Point to Hewlett Packard.
  4. Choose HP OpenView Service Desk.
