In Service Desk, you can print the information from all forms
and most views. You cannot print chart views.
The information printed on paper will be the same information as
shown on your screen. If you want to have other fields on the
printed page, first change the table view or card view, then print
from the changed view.
To print views or forms:
Open the view or form you want to print.
In the File menu, point to Report
Style and choose the reporting style you want.
From the File menu, choose
Print.
In the Print dialog box, change the options as
needed.
Click OK.
NOTE:
To print using the last selected report style, press
CTRL+P or click the print button in the
toolbar.
The report style Standard (if available)
prints the information as shown in the table view or card
view.
To see the result of a report style, choose Print
Preview from the File menu.
