Items contain different lists. A list is a collection of
information related to the current item. An example of a list found
in all items is the history list. The history list contains lines
that specify the changes applied to the item.
Use the lists as follows:
Double-click a line in the list to open the information for
editing or viewing.
Click New to add a new line to the list.
Select a line and click Modify to edit the
information in the line.
Select a line and click Remove to remove the
line from the list.
NOTES:
In explorer views, the leaf panes
contain information that in data forms is displayed in lists.
A button below the list may be disabled. This will happen, when
you are not authorized to perform the action.
