Working with lists in forms

Items contain different lists. A list is a collection of information related to the current item. An example of a list found in all items is the history list. The history list contains lines that specify the changes applied to the item.

Use the lists as follows:

• Double-click a line in the list to open the information for editing or viewing.
• Click New to add a new line to the list.
• Select a line and click Modify to edit the information in the line.
• Select a line and click Remove to remove the line from the list.
