You can control the way currency values are displayed in Service Desk. The changes you make do not affect other users. You can control whether leading zeros are displayed, specify the decimal symbol, the number of decimal places shown, the grouping symbol, the number of digits in a group, and suffix and prefix symbols for positive and negative values.
NOTE: When system administrators
define custom calculated currency fields, they can choose to
display the currency value with or without rounding. For example,
with rounding, $145.65 would be displayed as $146. You can switch
rounding on or off for calculated currency fields in views when
adding and formatting fields in views,
but you cannot switch rounding on or off for calculated currency
fields in forms.
