User documentation on the CD-ROM

On the HP OpenView Service Desk CD-ROM, you will find user documentation in two forms:

• Online help in the form of Compiled HTML Help (what you are using now). These files have the extension .CHM.
• Books in the form of Acrobat Reader files. These files have the extension .PDF.

Please refer to the readme file for instructions on how to read and print the .PDF files. 

Please refer to the Service Desk: Release Notes or the preface of one of the Service Desk manuals for information on how to use the online help and the PDF files, and for an overview of the books available for Service Desk.
