To save the current search and use
it again later, from the File menu in the
Advanced Find dialog box, choose Save
Search, and then type a name for the search in the
Save Search dialog box.
To use an existing search to find
items, from the File menu in the Advanced
Find dialog box, choose Open Search, and
then select and open the search you want in the Open
Search dialog box.
NOTES: The four most recently used
saved searches are listed in the File menu of the
Advanced Find dialog box. To re-run one of these
searches, select it from the menu, and click Find
Now.
