Switching accounts

If you and your colleagues share a computer for Service Desk, you must take care not to use one account for different people. If one or more persons would use one account, than the information in Service Desk would not reflect actual work done by those persons.

To prevent using one account, you must switch accounts.

To switch accounts, do one of the following:
