The search facilities in Service Desk are very versatile, and
you can find Service Desk items using any detail in the item.
There are two ways to search:
With the Quick Find dialog box you
search one item referred to in the field you currently are editing.
You can select one item to open it.
With the Advanced Find command
you search with customizable criteria. From the advanced find
results you can select one or more items for editing. You can save
advanced find settings for later use.
